SALMON PATE - ITS EASY and KEEPS

8 OUNCES SALMON FILLET WITH SKIN REMOVED

4 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE

2 OUNCES UNSALTED BUTTER SOFTENED

1 OUNCE LEMON JUICE

SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

FINELY CHOPPED CHIVES

 

1 Cook Salmon in cold water until boiling then simmer for 5 mins and turn out to really -cool 30mins

2 Put Salmon in blender briefly

3 Add cheese butter and lemon - puree until smooth 

4 Transfer to bowl cover and chill for 30 mins 

5 serve with spoon & sprinkled with chopped chives on to ? biscuits salad etc..
